libcommons-lang-java software package provides Commons Lang - an extension of the java.lang package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcommons-lang-java
libcommons-lang-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcommons-lang-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcommons-lang-java *
You will get with libcommons-lang-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
